What is Australian PR Family Visa (Subclass 190)?

The Australian PR Family Visa, also known as the Partner Visa, is a crucial pathway for eligible individuals to reunite with their Australian citizen or permanent resident family members. This visa category is designed to foster family unity by allowing spouses, de facto partners, and dependent children to join their loved ones in Australia on a permanent basis. It involves a thorough application process, including demonstrating the genuine nature of the relationship and meeting specific criteria. Once granted, this visa offers the privilege of living, working, and studying in Australia indefinitely, while also providing access to healthcare and social benefits. It plays a vital role in strengthening familial bonds and contributing to the multicultural fabric of Australia, as it enables families to build a life together in this diverse and welcoming nation.
